We aim to treat all of our patients fairly at all times. If you are unable to attend your appointment we ask that you provide at least 48h notice. Please be aware that we have practice policies in place for missed appointments and reserve the right to remove or de register patients if they fail to attend more than two appointments without providing adequate notice.
